There are also instances when we feel that we do no required the ordered product and would want to go for the CANCELLATION process. While we at Ambica Wall Papers do believe in the customer’s satisfaction, however, there are a few aspects of the CANCELLATION policies at our end that you would need to oblige to. This includes being able to initiate the process well within the expected time-frame. We, at the Ambica Wallpapers, will try and make the process of cancellations of a certain item you desire as smoothly as possible. However, when placing a CANCELLATION request, it is important for the customer to bear in mind certain Terms and conditions so that the procedure can be initiated well in time from our end.

When is a certain Product entitled to the Process of Cancellation?

  • It is best to be able to place the request for the process of cancellation online before the product has been shipped. You can rest assured that your entire amount will be dutifully refunded through the right channels.

  • The customer can initiate a process of Cancellation if under certain situation the product that has been ordered fails to reach you within the stated timeline. This way the customer can choose not to accept the product altogether and initiate the process of Cancellation right away. The process of REFUND in such a situation will be initiated once the order reaches the original warehouse back to us through the courier service.

  • However, the customer should bear in mind that a certain order will not be entitled to the process of the cancellation once it has been dutifully delivered to you. 

How to Initiate the Process of Cancellation of a Certain Product

  • Log on to your Ambica Wallpapers account on the website.

  • Go to the ‘My Orders’ page.

  • You need to select the item that you require to Cancel and clock on the ‘View details’ bar.

  • On the ‘View details’ link, you will be able to locate the ‘cancel’ links against all the items that have been ordered in the past by you.

  • You will need to click on the ‘cancel’ link against the product that you wish to cancel, click on the reason for your cancellation, select the mode of your cancellation and lastly click on ‘confirm’.

  • Once the cancellation process has been initiated, the item will be canceled accordingly. 

What is the Time Taken to Process the Cancellation Request?

  • The moment the cancellation process at Ambica Wallpaper for a certain product has been initiated, it takes a maximum of 7 to 14 days for the website to initiate your REFUND. This will be dutifully notified to the concerned customer through email.

  • You need to check the STATUS of your order accordingly. If in case it displays as ‘SHIPPED’ you will then need to place a RETURN request according to the RETURN policy.

What does the Disabled ‘Canceled’ Link explain?

When you logon to your account in order to check on the status of your order, you might encounter a canceled link. This could mean any of the following:

  • That the product has been shipped along with the other products in your order

  • That particular product is not refundable.
